(She/Her/Hers) OMD, L.Ac, Dipl.OM

Dr. Kristie Shapiro grew up in Reno, NV. She did her undergraduate studies at Arizona State University and graduated with a B.F.A. in 2006. After that, she moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from Yo San University. After completing and graduating from the intensive 4-year program at Yo San, she decided to move back to her hometown and open her practice. Dr. Kristie Shapiro has been in practice in Reno since 2012, she loves working with athletes and specializes in sports medicine and pain management.
